Medical student in the Doctor of Medicine - Master of Management (M.D.-M.M.) program at the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. His research interests lie at the intersection of health systems science, medical education, mental health, and the political economy of health.
He is a co-author of a scoping review presented at the Prince Mahidol Award Conference (PMAC) 2026, tracing two decades of Long-Term Care development under Thailand's Universal Health Coverage framework. The study was conducted under the Health Systems Research Unit, Department of Community Medicine. He is also involved in ongoing research on self-regulated learning in medical education, intermediate care proceedings in Tha Luang Hospital, and global health medical education.
Nuttapat is actively engaged in student leadership and health policy advocacy, having served as Head of the Ramathibodi Youth Delegation to the National Health Assembly (2024-2025). He currently serves as Advisory Facilitator to the Health Policy Engagement Unit and Head of Strategic Team of External Affairs in the Ramathibodi Medical Student Council, and as Head of Academics for the PMAC 2026 Skill Readiness Workshop.
He is guided by the conviction that achieving equitable health outcomes requires engaging not only with biomedical science but with the economic, political, and social systems that shape how health resources and determinants are distributed and delivered.
